To order from this site, you must first add items for purchase to your shopping trolley.
You may view the items in your trolley at any stage by clicking on the trolley picture at
the top of every page. This also gives you the option of removing any items already
selected from your trolley.
Once you are happy with your purchase selection, fill out and submit the form below.
This will send your order directly to me by email and I will confirm your order plus
shipping costs (see examples below of shipping and insurance costs) by email within
48 hours of receiving it. Should you wish to speak to me directly before ordering,

Note: You may elect to assume all risk for loss or damage, in which case the
package will be sent uninsured with the contents labeled "Geological samples
for scientific study. No commercial value."

Once your payment has been received, I will ship our your order and confirm same
by sending you an e-mail confirmation. Please note that your bank may charge you
for the transaction of a bank transfer.
If you wish you can also send a cheque or cash in USDollars. The cheque should
be made out to Onlineminerals cc. Please be advised that it is recommended that
you send this sort of payment as a Registered letter. In this way it can be
tracked if it goes missing.

Expect a 12-14 day shipping period to the USA and Europe. Shipping to other regions may take longer
depending on shipping efficiency in that country.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the specimens you may return them within 2 days of receipt by you for
a full refund. Kindly note that returns will NOT be accepted if the goods arrive at our premises
later than 28 days from date of original shipment to you.
The following conditions apply when returning goods for refund:
Any returns must arrive at our address within 28 days from the date of original dispatch of the
specimens to you which date will remain on record. This means you should ship the specimen(s) within
2 days of receipt by you to ensure that the returned package arrives back at my postal address before
the 28 day deadline.
Ensure that the specimen(s) are returned in their original packaging. Kindly note that specimens
damaged in transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
Ensure that the box is well padded, sealed and correctly labeled.
Ship the specimens to my return address, Onlineminerals, P O Box 369, Fourways, 2055, Republic
of South Africa. Insure the package for the full value of the contents. Costs for postage and insurance
will be for your account. Should you elect not to insure the return package and it goes astray, I will
regretfully be unable to refund you.
Upon receipt
of the returned specimen(s), you will be refunded for the cost of the item, less a 10% handling fee, with a minimum
charge of $10.
Specimens damaged in transit
Although all precautions are taken to ensure the safety of the packages, should you receive a damaged package,
and you had elected to insure the package for its full value, please note the following:
Email me immediately at info@onlineminerals.com.
Return the damaged specimen(s) and its original damaged packaging in a new box. Please ensure that
you state clearly on the package documentation that the contents are damaged goods for return to the supplier
for credit. Upon receipt of the return, I will file an insurance claim at the Post Office of origin and
will refund the cost of the item immediatly upon confirmation from the post office that the insurance claim
has been accepted. The return of the original packaging is imperative, as the post office
will not entertain any claims without adequate proof of damage in transit.
The SA Postal Service will investigate the loss/damage and upon satisfactory conclusion of the claim,
they will pay out the claim to the sender (Onlineminerals.com). We will pass on the refund to you,
immediately upon receipt of the same. However, should you have elected the non-insured option, it is
regretted but you will be unable to return the damaged specimens as you assumed the risk of
non and/or damaged receipt.
